This is a fabulous syrup, add it to latte or hot chcolate as shot, drizzle it over a plain cake, warm it up and pour a drizzle over ice cream, Try adding it to lemonade! This is Head Chef's proudest creation and the whole farmhouse smells fantastic when it's syrup day!

Ingredients: Water, sugar, our own Hidcote & Munstead lavender, the tiniest amount of colouring! Our lavender is grown right here at Manx Lavender, Berrag Farm, Sandygate, Isle of Man, IM7 3BS.
